Foxy Spa is another one of those new cheap massage parlors which offer a basic massage under 20$ (with Delta Spa kind of SOP) and an option for more which is much more pricey.
They have clean and complete facilities including pool (heated and cold), sauna and steam jacuzzi. If you only want to use the facilities, without massage, it will cost you Rp60,000.
The price for a 90min massage excluding tips is Rp190,000 in their standard room and Rp220,000 in the VIP room.
The SOP includes a plus plus. You can get more if you take the Foxy Pink Package (all-in) for Rp555,000 or the Foxy Gold Package (all-in with higher class girls) for Rp705,000.

My understanding is that it is owned by the same group behind Grand Quick Spa in Alam Sutera. Foxy Spa also plans to open a branch in Purwokerto in Java.
