I visited Privé Luxury Club in The Fort, BGC, Manila, on a Wednesday at 2am. The entrance was free and it was almost empty except for a few small groups. Apparently, the good night to go to Privé is on Tuesday (Retro night). Naturally, on weekends also it gets very busy. It competes with Revel as one of the most exclusive nightclubs in Manila.
The nightclub is nice, with a good design but almost no dancefloor. Just below the DJ you have some high tables. Lots of sofas in every corner as well as in the mezzanine.
The music changes every night (old school, EDM, party hits, 80s, Rn'B) but expect to hear mostly mainstream commercial tunes. Customers are mostly expats and executives over 30. You probably have some rich kids as well judging by the sports cars parked just outside the club (or maybe they belong to the owner?).
Drinks are pricey for Manila but still reasonable. I paid 220PHP for a Bacardi coke for instance. For the dress code, Privé will still accept t-shirt and jeans but don't come with short pants.
Overall: Privé is the kind of intimate nightclub ideal to celebrate an event like a birthday party. Privé has also its fair share of desperate 30+ year-old single girls. For a single guy looking to score with chicks, I still prefer Valkyrie though.
